The Art of Riding a Camel
As I see it, a metaphor for life as an artist.
The ride may not be as soft as on the pig's back, but the view is better and you cross your deserts.

Pilots have a term for cloud which hides a mountain - "cumulo-granite".
Here we have cumulo-currency, the major threat to riding high is being brought down by finance.

I thank the people of Taranaki who contributed to my collection of old coins and allowed me to finish making this mountain.

And if that cloud looks more like fractured domesticity than pie-in-the-sky, well so be it.
Whatever keeps you going.
